Malt Mill Bank, Barwell, LeicesterI visited this lovely cafe last week and the food was so fantastic we had our breakfast then went back a few hours later for some lunch. The coleslaw was the best I have ever tasted.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back. ?

2 Wood St, Earl Shilton, LeicesterJust passing through Earl Shilton (as we often do) and mrs Stilton felt a bit peckish. So I did what every good husband does......?......went hunting for food!Just by the traffic lights in the centre there are three possibilities but as this was rather early only one was open.Elizabeth's, I'm glad it was, I only gave the place a four for service but that's probably not fair, (they were just opening up) but the food was top notch, bacon rolls, soft, with butter, a touch of brown sauce......Some bacon's are so salty these days, but this bacon was near perfect. Gorgeous!The shop is small with lots of wood beams, toilets and seating out back. If you need to park, there is a large off street car park 50 yds away (the local co-op) and there is on street parking closer but watch out for the traffic gestapo, read the signs. Four bacon cob's later, two very satisfied customers!. Not much to add, top class food, service was excellent, it's popular. Well worth a visit!

Kirkby Rd, Barwell, LeicesterWe chose to have my grandads 88th birthday meal here last night with there being 22 of us. From arranging this directly with the team to our food everything was faultless. The food very very hot & tasty and portion size was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were very Friendly and helpful. This was our first visit and it won’t be our last as looking forward to visiting for a carvery!

Been using for year however this Saturday when delivered was missing an order we had paid for not good and disappointed
However one mishap in a number of years can’t really grumble

1 West St, Earl Shilton, LeicesterHad delivery a couple times and been sorely disappointed in the cold, rubbery food we got. Today, we decided to try going in and getting it fresh. Huge difference! Very tasty, decent portion, lively staff. Will definitely only get it as takeaway/eat-in going forwards, never ordering through justeat for delivery again
Parking: Space to park for free on the road
Wheelchair accessibility: Single step in/out, which is quite low. Wheelchair users should be able to manage in most instances. Door would probably fit a standard wheelchair. Seating outside is accessible.

102 Wood St, Earl Shilton, LeicesterThey have a good chef, vegetables are nice and crunchy, portions are good, the price is right (considering the way prices have risen) in the winter there's a fan heater for customers who want to wait. Overall a good performance, mrs Stilton and I usually pop in when we pass through Earl shilton, you should too!

2-4 Station Rd, Earl Shilton, LeicesterGood kebabs. I always order a chicken shish and it is delivered with plenty of meat and lots of fresh salad. We’ve also tried the chicken doner, which was equally as good. Sometimes takes a while to arrive if using the delivery service, but much quicker for collection.

Yummy King Chinese Takeaway
10 Wood St, Earl Shilton, LeicesterIgnore the bad reviews, I've been living in the Leonardo hotel for 3 months for a large project 5 days a week and I've had tons of these, always the same quality, it's not top tier but it never lets you down when you need it.
