Lount, Ashby-de-la-ZouchFantastic meal again tonight at the Ferrers arms we have lived across the road for 8 years and would never eat here as food was terrible but since the new manager and new chef I have to say the food is amazing well done Fay Emma and Beth and the lovely team in the kitchen keep up the good work we will see you soon.

Bakery Court, Market St, Ashby-de-la-ZouchLovely pizza place, not ordered from here for a long time until now and it will definitely be my pizza go to from now on! The pizza was really tasty with plenty of toppings, had garlic bread too with I nice little side salad included. Value for money is fantastic compared to other places.

Nothing we could find matched her memory of your sausage rolls. For Mothers Day I ordered her some, along with some other treats, via your online ordering. I know she misses Ashby a lot and the delivery bought a tear to her eye. She reports that the food is just as good as ever!Delivery arrived well packaged and prompt.Thanks so much!!!

78 Market St, Ashby-de-la-ZouchI recommend any person, if you can, to go in the store, the staff in the store are amazing, you get greeted by the most calming and welcoming smile I have come across in my life so far.I only decided to go to the store personally because the delivery driver couldn't find my address on a previous order, and I was upset that I paid delivery charge but had to go to collect it from the driver.I will never order for delivery again after going in there. They are so lovely, even though I wanted to pay on card, they didn't get mad (I didn't see the CARD ONLY sign). I tried to pay through my banking app but, it failed so I just took a short walk down the street to the ATM.The food is great, it kept warm on my walk back, about ten mins.The burger was tasty and juicy, the fries were crispy and fluffy even though they had vinegar on them. I was expecting them to be soggy when I got back, I was quite shocked because non of them were soggy.I wish I had of left them with my change, their hospitality was well deserving of it.Thank you Ashby Grill.

33 Market St, Ashby-de-la-ZouchRelatively quick service. The muffins seem to have succumbed to shrinkflation. A lot of tables had not been cleared, even though the place was relatively quiet. No knife and no serviette for the muffin - I thought this was a standard! But then you don't get a glass of water with your espresso unless you ask!

Nelsons Square, Smisby, Ashby-de-la-ZouchHaving had a round trip from chilwell after booking for new years eve lunch, we received a phone call as we were in ashby so only 5mns away to which we were informed that they where closed for lunch, so this is the last time we wil be going back, shame because we enjoyed the food.

Wong Kwei Restaurant, 9 Bath St, Ashby-de-la-ZouchGluten free Chinese food is frikkin unheard of so I haven't had it since finding out I can't have gluten and I am SO GRATEFUL; THAT WAS AMAZING.

11, Rushtons Yard, Market St, Ashby-de-la-ZouchWe enjoyed a fabulous meal here on 29 March. Our party included young children who were well catered for and had a wonderful time. Despite being extremely busy pre Mother's Day, service was timely and the young wait on staff were excellent.
During our visit, a member of staff had an accident in the courtyard which resulted in a cut to their head. We felt that first aid could have been administered somewhere other than at a table within the internal restaurant area in full view of diners. Additionally, it would have been preferable had the person cleaned the blood from the site of the injury and their hair prior to resuming table duties. There are washing facilities in the rest rooms. Hygiene should always be paramount within a catering environment.

Parking: Fee spaces on an inclined hill, reverse parking isn't easy and reversing out of the spaces towards the main road, vision is usually obscured.

The service was a bit slow but other than that everything else fine. For those who don't know it is unlicensed, but you can purchase your booze from Ace of Drinks next door.
