The Blossom Bird
Emesgate Ln, Silverdale, CarnforthA good little place - seemingly family run - perfect for a spot of breakfast. Both of meals were of a good quality & we felt full enough after for the long drive home.
Only thing I will say, was the coffee was sadly not that great. However, The Blossom Bird was not boasting specialty coffee so this is me just being picky & a coffee snob...
Nice staff all smiling when we walked in. A few other locals enjoying their mornings here too which is nice to see.
The staff did appear a little 'hectic' though. Maybe another pair of hands would have helped but understandingly this would be a financial burden for a small cafe like this. All worth the visit anyway.

Woodlands Hotel
Woodlands Dr, Silverdale, CarnforthDo you know 'The Fool and Bladder' ?
Well this place has that atmosphere, and the advantage of actually existing! Great beer, great prices, great place - possibly the best pub I've ever been to (and that's a lot of pubs!!!)

The Silverdale Hotel
Shore Rd, SilverdaleFantastic hotel in a beautiful spot! Staff are very friendly and welcoming! This hotel is brilliant if you want a break with your dog they are very dog friendly our Ernie loved his stay and even got dressed for dinner! We had a great time here and 100% we will be going back!!

The Royal Silverdale
The Royal, Emesgate Ln, SilverdaleThis pub is the heart of the village, good real ale and a friendly atmosphere. Modern style, very clean and well kept. Live music and a good outdoor area. It's just a shame that the Royal is only open at weekend as I am sure it would get customers especially during the summer.
