7 Bank St, Rawtenstall, RossendaleFood is great, just wish it was open for dinner...I just find it strange they shut at 6.15 that's tea time! Why do chippies shut so early? Get home from work and fancy a chippy and it's closed all the time. I have to go to Flax Moss instead 95% of the time

Staff were great and helped us decide what to order. It's very easy to make a reservation on their website too.
Parking: Park in the several car parks that surround the street. The town is small so it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.

488 Manchester Rd, Haslingden, RossendaleJust come back from the wool pack , my son decide to treat myself and partner as it’s my birthday tomorrow, I had the Sunday lunch (obviously had to have the cauliflower cheese ) cannot fault it it was by far the best Sunday lunch I’ve had for a long while meat tender veg cooked to perfection amazing gravy and the best cauliflower cheese I don’t like Yorkshire pudding but partner dose and he said it was really good , they both had the mixed grill and when I tell you neither of them could fault it well this is hog praise indeed as they are both very fussy eaters!! We rounded up the meal with sticky toffee puddings again amazing and an ice cream Sunday , can’t recommend this place enough , fabulous food reasonably priced friendly atmosphere and best of all you can get it to take away (which I will be doing for my Sunday lunch in future)

371 Bury Rd, Rawtenstall, RossendaleThe main course was excellent although that can't be said for the apple crumble dessert.. the 'crumble' was more of a soggy mess , that looked like it had been reheated in a microwave with clingfilm on to create such a soggy top.. unfortunately it had to be returned.. the replacement bakewell was excellent... all that said, the staff were friendly and attentive and meals arrived in a timely manner...

We did a cabaret show in the space and we are so grateful for how accommodating and supportive the team were! The customer service was flawless throughout the night and the food and drinks were absolutely unbelievable! 100000% recommend The Chubby Duck for both day and night time, it’s welcoming atmosphere, quality offerings and beautiful interior make it the perfect spot to visit!

582 Burnley Rd, RossendaleThis cafe is an absolute gem. The breakfasts are perfectly cooked (and I am VERY fussy), the service is fantastic, food arrives promptly, it is spotlessly clean. What more could you ask - delicious homemade cakes and flapjacks? They have those too! Individual chocoate orange cheesecake was unbelievably good. And they do takeaway. With this standard of food and service it can get busy, so consider booking ahead. Highly recommended.

Staff were attentive, we were even asked about allergies (my Daughter, Nicola is gluten free and much more) ! it was clean not expensive varied menu & absolutely great food. Would highly recommend a visit & will be returning (despite living in North Yorkshire)

1 Brook St, RossendaleCame here as part of a birthday pub crawl and had a fab night. The atmosphere is great and outside tables have heat lamps above them which was a huge plus. Drinks were great but on the more expensive side, between our group of 8 we spent a small fortune (was well worth the 50p-£1 extra per drink to sit in a nice place). Ended up staying here most of the night thanks to the AMAZING customer service from Jason who really made the evening for us all and was super helpful, polite and charismatic! He was absolutely above and beyond !! Overall a great place with great staff, would recommend.

Haslingden Rd, Rawtenstall, RossendaleInitially went to McDonalds for a a Mayo Chicken Burger and a white coffee, walked through drive-thru because store was only doing drive-thru at around 2:30AM but was refused food because I didn't have a car not that there was any reason why I needed a car to order food, so me and my friend went to the shell across the road and bought a chicken Tandoori sandwich, a coffee and a KitKat and was fair on price and woman was lovely and made me my coffee as I wasn't allowed in the shop as it was window service.

OMG, this was the best so far, infact I rang them back to congratulate them..... delivered in a good time, still very hot, Chips excellent, burgers, outstanding....Well done Rio's.....????????

The Firepit Restaurant & Cocktail Bar (Rawtenstall)
Station House, New Hall Hey Rd, Rawtenstall, RossendaleExcellent, stylish grill restaurant with an ample nice cocktail bar.. would highly recommend, prices are a little steep, but the food is amazing, no complaints from anyone in our party afterwards.. we chose the place for a birthday celebration, they said we could decorate table before our arrival if needed and said we could bring and consume our own cake on the premises if we wanted to do so.
We reserved the Firepit 'table' in Rawtenstall, which made it a little more special and will definitely be back again soon !
Parking: Rawtenstall
Kid-friendliness: It's a kid friendly venue, they provided crayons and a small colouring puzzle page for the child in our group, they do also have a kids menu with a good choice of food.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a good stone low gradient ramp to the entrance..
