65 Church St, Garstang, PrestonAmazing little cafe the hospitality of the staff was beyond so kind they was so thoughtful towards my family making the children feel so welcome with crayons and paper to keep them entertained any thing we didn't want on out breakfast they offered a replacement instead of that item they just always made us feel so comfortable and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming and the food was delicious I cannot recommend this cafe enough just wonderful and dog friendly too not many places like this
Kid-friendliness: They made them feel so welcome they offered colouring to do gave them small cutlery to the younger two children who was age 1 and 4 sorted out smaller drinks for them just made it so much easier as a family of 5 just amazing

Cobblers Bar And Bistro

Dantes Italian Takeaway
68A Church St, Garstang, PrestonWe've travelled the world and eaten lots of different foods, but still find ourselves heading for Dante's in Garstang for one of our favourites. Just had a long walk all day and finished up at Dante's as one of the highlights of the walk. Large Spicy Garlic breads with the vegan cheese option, chips on the side. Enough to satisfy hungry walkers and even some left for lunch the next day, the garlic bread that keeps on giving. If God was a pizza, it would be from Dante's. Please, never stop!

18 Church St, Garstang, PrestonWhen looking at local menus, we chose this place because it seemed best for vegetarian options. We weren't disappointed and were greeted by very friendly staff and delicious food that arrived quickly.

Stepping Stones
Weavers Ln, Garstang, PrestonMe and my husband had been married a few days and stopped off her on route to the lakes. Not only were the staff extremely friendly and welcoming but everything we ordered was outstanding! This review would have been left anyway but when we had requested the bill we were told “frank behind the bar has picked up your bill as a wedding present” absolutely warmed our hearts as it was such a kind gesture. We’ll be talking about this place none stop!

Garstang Deli-Cafe
Market Pl, Garstang, PrestonMy boyfriend and I had a lovely time here. We came in not realising they were ready to close but they let us stay and made us feel very welcome. We shared a quiche (came with lots of different salad bits) and soup of the day. The food was fresh and delicious. The coffee was really good too! The staff were happy and friendly. Highly recommend!! :)

Wild Bean Cafe
By Pass Road, Preston Lancaster New Rd, Garstang, Churchtown, PrestonFood was incredible. Usually you go to a services and pay extortionate prices for a sloppy roll with really bad quality food but here the food was great quality and the prices were quite cheap. I think the staff could have been a little bit more cheery but I would be the same if I did that job so fair play to them.

The Kings Arms
High St, Garstang, PrestonHad a ride out to Garstang this afternoon doing a reccy on some campsites for next year. Walked along the canal into town and was amazed at the amount of pubs there is. The Kings Arms grabbed our attention and it was full of locals watching the football ⚽ and having a few beers. Great atmosphere and a good selection of beers would visit again next time ⌚.

2 Bridge St, Garstang, PrestonI have been using East N Spice for over 20 years now, always the same friendly welcome, always the same lovely food. We have tried most of the menu over the years with family and friends and only ever had compliments. The meats are always tender and no matter what you order, full of flavour. The vegetables are always cooked nice too and in particular I do love the vegetable Samber! We are lucky to have you serve our community as you do. Thank-you.

Stoops Hall Wind, Garstang, PrestonTried for the first time and was not disappointed. Service with a smile. Homemade chips, lovely battered fish and proper old-fashioned mushy peas which you don't get very often. Will definitely go back. Price was also good.

Th'Owd Tithe Barn

Subway
The Old Stablespark, Hill Road, Garstang, PrestonIt’s a subway so you know what you are getting, it’s not the worst example of a subway but it also isn’t the best. No idea why the toilet is closed off, some of the staff are lovely and others truly miserable and terrifying. Also this thing where just eat customers get all the attention when you are literally stood in front of them in an empty shop is just boring.
