230-232 The Grn, Eccleston, ChorleyLet's get the bad out of the way. The staff are not attentive enough and had to get their attention nearly everytime. That being said, they were friendly enough and brought the food out in good time (not to quickly to feel rushed but not too long where you feel like you've been forgotten about.
Now the good.. Honestly, everything else! We walked in without a booking, got served a drink while waiting, didn't have to wait too long though and was promptly seated. The decor of the place had me feeling like I was sitting in a restaurant from the 80s/90s or like something out of the Sopranos with a modern twist, it didn't feel dated or tacky (hard to explain really, you would have to go and judge for yourselves). It certainly wasn't or feel like a traditional italian restaurant. The food was very tasty (I had the chicken and shared pizza)' piping hot aswell, tasted fresh, really could not find a negative and they boxed up the left overs. All in all great place to eat with a great atmosphere, not overly expensive and left feeling full and satisfied. Will definitely go back..
