Costa Coffee is a bustling coffee shop with a great atmosphere, located on the ground floor with wheelchair accessibility through double doors. The staff are friendly, helpful, and polite, making it a comfortable spot to sit alone or meet up with others. Although there was an issue with a dirty drink on one occasion, the staff apologized and made amends. The menu includes vegetarian options like cheese and tomato sandwiches, and they cater to special dietary needs with vegan and vegetarian wraps or sandwiches. Parking is available in and outside the Accrington Arndale centre, and they offer small-sized drinks and cakes for kids. Overall, Costa Coffee is a great pit stop with a lovely, relaxed environment.
