It’s such a nice surprise to find such a lovely Chinese restaurant as a tourist in West Malling. We ordered a set menu and the quality of food was good, not greasy and very flavorful. The prawn toast was jam packed with filling, soft fall off the bone ribs and really good satay prawn sizzler. The stir fried bean sprouts and mange tout not easy to keep the vegetables nice and crisp. Lovely service - the staff was very polite, friendly and hard working. we use to use ID quite a lot but the last time we ordered it was quite greasy so made me fairly sick. could of been a one off but a few of the locals seem to agree its not as good as it used to be which is a shame as it was one of the best previously.

We visited ID as a family group of 7 for my husband’s birthday and had a brilliant time. The food was superb, the restaurant was buzzing, the staff were attentive and we couldn’t fault anything. The advice about how much food to order given by the Chinese waiter was spot on! We have another family birthday in September - we’ll definitely be back!
