47 Swan St, West MallingAbsolutely fantastic! We used the private dining room at the St Leonard's for a birthday celebration. The room is beautifully decorated and very spacious (there was 10 of us). The service was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and the team were super attentive. The food was amazing, as always. Thoroughly recommend the St Leonard's and will definitely be using the private dining room again.

The George, 55 Great Portland St, LondonWell I think we have hit the Sunday roast Jackpot. Ordered the roast sharing plate and certainly were not disappointed. It was also a nice touch having a selection of different gravies. The beef gravy was one of the best that I have had.

Nothing was to much trouble and the guys were kind and accommodating,
There's only one negative - I live to far away to make this my go-to restaurant,

10 Twisden Rd, East Malling, West MallingI wish they had a loyalty scheme because since discovering this kebab at the beginning of the year we’ve ordered multiple times a month. My boyfriend says it’s the best mixed meat and chips w garlic sauce he’s ever had which is high praise bc he’s eaten ALOT of kebabs in his time. He gets it 9/10 times when at mine and even loves the salad which was a shock to himself. Tbh I’m not sure if he’s more excited to see me or get charcoal grill anymore..
I’ve also tried the chicken doner, zinger burger and chicken kebab wrap, all have been delicious. The meat is never greasy always fresh flavourful and filling. The service is faultless - although local we’ll call them to place our order for collection and they’ll have it ready within 10 minutes. We’ve also had it delivered twice in record time. Eating their kebab is truly a heavenly eye-rolling experience to sit and enjoy, that sounds dramatic but don’t judge me until you’ve tried. My bf will regularly say that no other kebab, or takeaway or me for that matter comes close anymore. And sadly our bank statements can attest to that.. so well done CG for taking our money and stealing my boyfriend ?? please don’t ever close because I’ll never hear the end of it.

100 High St, West MallingI came here today with my friend, her mum and her son. Really nice pub, very friendly lady behind the bar and GREAT food. I am usually a bit disappointed by vegan/veggie options in pubs, but the cauliflower fritter ciabatta is ridiculously good! The chips, salads and sauces that came with it were really good too, and very generous portions. My friend and her mum both had salads and they too were really generous, with a great dressing and plenty of the main ingredients - in this case pork belly on one and olives and feta in the Greek salad.
Would definitely recommend and I'm considering a trip up to try the Sunday lunches!

15 High St, West MallingFood was excellent. They sat us at the table by the bar which is where everyone came in to collect takeaways or the staff congregated which wasn’t great for a romantic meal. Only one toilet so you have to plan in advance. But overall you go for the great food and service in a lovely building. Highly recommend the seafood red curry. I wanted to lick the plate.
Vegetarian options: A very good selection including a set meal for 2.

Lower St, Leeds, MaidstoneVisited this pub twice in the last month, once for dinner and once for lunch. The staff on both occasions were very good. The menu very much concentrated on good portions of protein and very large portions of carbs. My dinner included a huge portion of chips covering well over half the plate, it was served with a small portion of peas and what was no more than a salad garnish, a few salad leaves and about a teaspoonful of very finely chopped pepper although the menu stated it would be served with salad.
For lunch I opted for a sandwich which stated on the menu was served with salad and chips. Again the salad was very much the same as for my evening meal definitely no more than a garnish. There are no salads on the menu apart from as an additional side. I understand that some people are quite happy with mainly carbs and protein but it would be good to see more salad and vegetable options for those who prefer lighter food.
Unfortunately the car park is quite small, on both occasions it was full and we found it difficult to park as the pub is on a narrow quite busy road.
