The Black Horse changed hands recently; this was our first opportunity to visit for lunch. The pub is still being refurbished with some builders' materials in one area of the large car park. We were warmly welcomed, and the service was exemplary throughout our meal. The food was delicious, and the portions were large. The meal was excellent value. Best Sunday roast in the area. Fabulous belly of pork with crackling, home made yorkshires, fresh vegetables and simply the best roast potatoes. All brought be together with delicious gravy.

Went to the black horse on saturday for mums birthday lovely atmosphere the new owners are lovely and friendly defently going to be our local pub food was gorgeous defently worth the money
