It was a Sunday and we had just visited Scotney Castle and looking for a village pub for lunch. We stopped here not very hopeful, but were advised that somebody had just cancelled, and they split the large table into two separate ones for us. We soon decided that we wanted the carvery, paid at the bar, and were told that somebody would come and take us to the carvery. I've probably tried almost every pub in the Tunbridge Wells area ? But I hadn't been here for years until the other day. This has gotta be one of the best in the area! Nice and spacious inside, great service, good drinks selection, excellent menu, and the food is delicious (would highly recommend the all day breakfast!). Will be back!
