Pops Jerk

our first time trying pops jerk, BAM!...food was banging, big up to Nicole, gwan gal, the only ting better than the food was the company, good vibes, good choonz courtesy of Damo and Anna, and Charly, can't wait to go back I think this place will be on the regular, thanx guys xxxx

Coconut Tree Noodle Bar

Really friendly place, great to pop in for a main at lunch time or a full-on meal for a special occasion. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food is superb. We went for a quick lunch with friends this time but looking forward to going back soon for starters as well with the family - looking forward to those garlic prawns. Lovely!

Beltinge Fish Bar

Having been going to get my burgers/kebabs as well as our Fish and Chips since moving here 4 years ago. Never had a bad meal and always portions larger than I need. Once, when closed on a bank holiday, i went into Herne Bay as I fancied F&C. Glad I had my credit card with me, didn’t know the difference in price to Beltinge, 20-30% MORE. If your of “more mature” years like myself, give the OAP portions a try, more than enough Fish, Chips and mushy peas for £8. Parking can be a but hit and miss and you will have to wait while fish cooked, as sometimes he can’t keep up! Not surprising though

The Kings Fish Bar

The servers worked really hard to prepare a large order of hot sushi and the presentation taste and timing was perfect! As it was a large order I pre o ordered and paid a few hours earlier for them to have time to prepare it. They were punctual and the food was hot when it arrived home. It was so delicious we had E-bike Fry Chicken Katsu Tori Kara and all of the different flavours gyoza a: pork duck chicken and vegetable. There are also honey chicken wings. The price is good as it is traditional Japanese food served in Japanese take away containers with real Japanese wari bashi chopsticks- thank you Kings- you are King!!!!

Herne Bay Cafe Restaurant

Brilliant cafe! Breakfast are amazing and other foods that they do. Burgers, Roast. Prices are excellent.
The owner is pleasant as are his staff. Always greeted when you walk in the door and saying goodbye. Service is excellent.

Vegetarian options: Looked a good variety of Vegetarian

Parking: There are spaces outside the cafe, dependant on what time you get there, also across from the cafe.

Kid-friendliness: Yes children are welcome, caters for them as well

Wheelchair accessibility: I would imagine that you can get a wheelchair through. Lots of users of mobility scooters!

If your looking for quality fish and chips in Herne bay ?, this is the place to go.
Believe me you will not be disappointed.
We have the pensioners fish n' chips, two teas, £20.
What more could you ask for.

Great fish and chip shop who also offer gluten free options in a separate fryer. Food was hot and fresh. Will definitely return.

Direct Pizza | Herne Bay

I've been using The Direct Pizza since I moved to Herne Bay around 4 years ago. I've tried others, but they are by far the tastiest, most reliable and most consistent. Exactly what you want with a takeaway. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Ordering is quick and easy. They always deliver on time, it turns up hot and tastes fresh. The quality and quantity of ingredients are plentiful, and they are great value with some superb deals. Can definitely recommend

Rahman's Golden Oven

Great food and very attentive, polite service. We really did enjoy our meal. They have no alcohol licence (which we didn't realise) but you can BYOB and they'll charge you corkage.
Atmosphere fairly standard perhaps. Decor ok. They could improve the atmosphere with lighting. The same song was playing on a loop, which became quite funny once we'd spotted it.

Parking: Park in the side streets either side of the restaurant. Parking on Sea Street itself might be difficult.

New Chow's Garden

2nd takeaway so far and food has never been disappointing. They did miss one dish off our large delivery but customer service was outstanding and sorted it for us quickly. Coming back again for sure.

Spiced Bay Restaurant

The food in here is lovely and reasonably priced. However the head waiter had zero personality and didn't seem to understand tipping etiquette. He made a point of showing us that service was not included on the bill, and when we put the tip on the table he came and took it without saying a word, before we had finished our drinks!!

Herne Bay Tandoori Indian Takeaway

Food did take an hour to come however when it arrived- well it was amazing! Very hot, massive portions and very tasty! It’s a shame we’re not local as this would be our chosen Indian if so! 100% thumbs up

Tasty fresh fragrant food.Used this Chinese rather than my usual and im glad I did!Great selection, beautifully cooked and lots of meat in all dishes...I will definitely be using lucky house as 1st choice for Chinese takeaway.

King Kebab & Pizza

Great food, had a combination kebab and pizza, lamb kebab was the most soft I've had (whenever I get from anywhere else it's chewy and tough) great flavour and a good size too, pizza was cooked well and tasted amazing!! Would highly reccomend

Bay Kebabs & Burgers ( Original )™️

Very yummy! Totally respect the owners desire to cook kebabs with coal, when gas is so easy and cheap. The taste when cooking with coal is far superior and the truth is; if you want truly authentic Turkish food in Turkey they’ll cook with coal.

New City Kabab

Excellent order to Rye walk Broomfield tonight Friday 8th arrived in 20 minutes. Mega portion and the best kebab I ever tasted. Excellent salad . Just 10 out 10 . I will be ordering again. ? Thanks

We always try to visit this stall every time we visit Hernebay as a couple or with my daughter and grandchildren. The food is cook fresh and it’s reasonably priced. Staff are amazing and friendly.

Just had cod and chips and wanted to reaffirm my previous opinion that this is absolutely top.notch! Beautifully prepared and expertly cooked , you can see why the vast majority of reviews rate R&R excellent. Coupled with fast and friendly service, this is impossible to beat.

Ossies fish bar Broomfield

Simply the best Fish and chips since I have lived in Herne Bay. The cod was beautifully cooked, not over done and soggy. The chips were amazing, not a soggy fat filled chip in sight. The sausages were also freshly cooked, not kept in a warmer for a day lo like most places in Herne Bay! Curry sauce was thick, not a river of green water. Well done, definitely worth it.

Golden Dragon II

I find it hard to believe that it’s a bad Chinese, I live in london and ordered for delivery when staying nearby. It’s one of the best Chineses I have ever eaten, prawns were lovely as was the duck, very nice and polite delivery driver as he works there not a Uber one. Came 15 mins early too, so nice and hot.

Best in the Town.!Fabulous chicken outlet in the town. hot with a slightly spicy crunchy coating and it was great &Yummy.The menu is mostly chicken with some few other variety. First I thought it's gonna be something like KFC, but it was different, and then have many verities. fusion of English and South Asian chicken verities was good and obviously better than any chicken fast food chain, as the chicken tasted fresh. friendly staffs and fast service. must visit. Recommended.

The Saxon Shore

The darkest of the Spoons...I think it needs different lighting to make a better experience. Food was good, usual good supply of beers etc. A regular stop when I'm in the bay...
