The Eight Bells
The Moor, Hawkhurstjust took the mother unit for mother's day/birthday meal, was greeted with a friendly vibe, great service and the food was amazing, The kitchen staff went above and beyond to cater for my autistic son who is a extremely fussy eater and has stated he wants to go again, was very busy due to mother's day but the waiting time wasn't long at all, the kitchen staff are a credit to the establishment and in general the staff give the place a great atmosphere and vibe and a great asset to the village highly recommended and will be visiting again

Happy Garden Chinese Takeaway
1 Martins, Highgate Hill, Hawkhurst, CranbrookLovely meal this evening, beautiful Thai Red curry flavour chicken. Decent good sized duck rolls. Just right king prawns. The special fried rice has some noodle looking guys in it not a fan... but that's the only bad point I had. Chicken satays were tasty, chicken balls just right, not soggy like some you get, and the consistency of the sweet and sour sauce was on point! The staff were lovely, and the order arrived shortly after it was ordered. I've just had an op so I'm looking to takeaways to feed my lot as I can't stand to long right now, but I'll be using happy garden again.
