The Pumproom @ Copper Rivet Distillery is a spectacular place to dine, both inside and out. The cavernous victoriana pump house creates a chilled, botanical feel, while the fantastic spot on the river offers a great setting to enjoy the sun. The food is of a really high standard, beautifully served, and delicious. The service is very attentive, and the drinks menu includes local spirits, wines, and interesting cocktails, including non-alcoholic options. Highly recommended for a fabulous dining experience.
