Absolutely outstanding service, staff are professional friendly and helpful,and atmosphere amazing. Restaurant style was synchronised with clasick 80's music.. Place to worth spend family time.

20 High St, NewportThe atmosphere in the pub is great all the staff are so friendly Charles was amazing on the bar Brad was great in the kitchen and Chrissie always makes me smile every time I go into the pub whenever you are having a bad day Chrissie makes you smile with her outstanding customer service
Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessibility is amazing as there is a slope to the outside of the pub and it makes it easier for wheelchair users to access the pub

IOW Pet Centre, Watergate Rd, NewportThe lemon drizzle cake tasted amazing and the view was absolutely stunning! I enjoyed my time at this cafe however i had to wait over fifteen minutes for a slice of cake and lemonade! The waitress was apologetic and understanding though.

95-96 St James' St, NewportDelicious banana loaf and good coffee, all at a reasonable price. Plenty of seating for families or the lone traveller who can sit by the window and watch the world go by. Will definitely revisit when I'm in Newport next.

Thankyou for also catering for us fussy people by being able to say no to certain veg. It makes it less stressful as I don’t like to waste it and it can be nerve wracking asking at places to not have x and x. Novo definitely caters for all and the little bits are appreciated I asked on Facebook how to order as the time wasn’t showing and it was explained really well, not only that but I had reassurance from Aly that the order had gone through and my time change, this also helps As it’s one less stress wondering if my order was received. Aly was in contact also when the food was on way as I wanted to make it easy for the driver to find us in the dark having been an ex delivery driver myself. Thankyou Novo. You make Sundays easier when I can’t stand cooking after a shift

We had dinner there yesterday evening with our baby and little girl and the waiter who served us was incredible. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s always a little worrying going out for dinner with children but he mentioned he has a few kids which explains why he was so brilliant making sure they had everything. We’ll most certainly be back soon! Thank you!

Excellent little ale house. With an ever changing set of real ale FROM THE CASK.
If you drink a proper english beer, this is a must if you are anywhere near Newport. You can also get some fizzy pop if your friends have not yet seen the light. To be fair, some interesting fizzy pop. ?

Takeaway containers rammed to the top, the oyster sauce is amazing as are prawn crackers, can't wait to work through your wonderful menu.
Someone here knows what they're doing. Tried other local places, however this is the best as I'm a fussy beggar.

9D River Way, NewportStopped off here while riding around the IoW with my 4yo, mainly to get out of a heavy rain shower. Expected a standard greasy spoon, but was pleasantly surprised to find an excellent caff, serving great breakfasts - not greasy, good quality bacon and sausages, and friendly, helpful staff. If I'm ever on the island again, I'll definitely go back.

8-10 Carisbrooke Rd, NewportI haven't rated the food because I've never eaten in there, I'm not sure if they even do it. However, they do a lovely pint, nice and cold, and served with a smile. They have a beer garden, so you can sit in the sun and enjoy a good pint. I'm told that they have really good bands in there on a Saturday night. So, all in all, well worth a visit

My pie, mash and veg was delicious with perfect gravy and very generous, my mum's choice off the light bites menu was also generous. Will definitely be returning and recommending to others.
