Bridge Foot, WareWell we sat outside watching the river flow past with Geese, Swans, ect, Nice atmosphere, I ordered the Vegetarian nacho dish,with Tortillas, and I think the menu should have said they deep fried the Tortillas , As they were horrible, and spoilt the complete meal, I was there with my daughter, and granddaughter, Who had paid for the meal, I didn't say anything to her, as it would be rude,
So please state the Tortillas are deep fried and not just normal,
The place is nice, friendly staff, But it ruined my experience, as it was my first visit.

46-47 Church St, WareFirst visit Friday 16/2. Initial impression was that the premises are in dire need of a refurb. Decor really is dated and tired as is the basic furniture. Service was warm and friendly but the highlight was the food. My partner and I shared three starters (calamari, prawns and bruschetta) all of which were delicious and the mains were wonderful too. My partner had the Sfizio chicken and I had a steak. Couple of beers and a bottle of wine and the bill came to just over £100 but felt it was worth it. Will definitely return.

Hertfordshire Way, WareChecked into the room (twin double) little dated and tired around the edges but overall good size. Atmosphere was good as they had weddings taking place, customer service was great throughout. Breakfast was probably 1 of the best out of all equivalent hotels. Grounds are stunning!!!! Shame they don't do Sunday roasts on Sundays :( Kids and the Mrs loved it.....Have booked a few days over new year's at Hanbury and very much looking forward to it.

One Thai Cafe Ware
1 West St, WareWe had a wonderful meal at this cafe yesterday and the food was some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. I had dishes I’ve never tried before. The way they cook the duck in the stir fry and curry was so soft and melt in your mouth. We started with the ribs and fish cakes (both perfect) but the ribs in particular are the nicest tasting ribs I’ve had anywhere. The cinnamon and star anise flavour, I will have to steal that idea. The red and green curry’s were so tasty. OH said the pad Thai noodles were the best he has ever tasted as they were not too sweet. I would have liked to see a Som tam on the menu as I just adore that spicy salad but the meal was excellent with out it. My favourite dish was the one I’d never had before, called Pad kraprow Talay! We will ? % be back here and am also planning to bring my best friend as she adores Thai food too. Thank you very much as service was on point too. ?

Prezzo Italian Restaurant Ware
1-4 West St, WareSeen a few reviews saying the atmosphere was bad/quiet…. This was NOT our experience. We went in on a Friday night and it was absolutely heaving!! If anything too busy, needed more staff and a relatively long wait for food.
Two pasta dishes, garlic bread and the chocolate bar dessert were all excellent. Nice vibe, and friendly amicable staff.
Only draw back was the relatively slow service - they brought us the dessert menu but it took over half an hour to come back and take our order as the staff were run off their feet. Sadly this isn’t the first time we experienced this - we came several years ago to the Ware Prezzo and it was incredibly slow then too.
A shame as everything else was excellent - Prezzo head office, please increase headcount and provide your branches with more staff!!

7 Amwell End, WareAfter reading reviews we went to the nearest KFC but found it had been taken over. On way back we decided to take the chance and called in to the Ware takeaway. As the QR code on the download menu didn't work we ordered when we got there. The girl that took our order was extreamy helpful and found our best deals. My piri-piri fries and spicy butterfly chicken were nice and flavoursome. Others had the fried chichen strips that were better than KFC so we were all very pleased we took the chance.
Parking: Street parking right outside shop. May have been lucky as it was 7pm

The food was hot, plenty of veg in the dishes . We are extremely fussy about food and we were pleased with the food and the delivery speed. I looked at the reviews and almost cancelled the order, I'm glad we didn't take notice of them. Speak as you find and we enjoyed the food and service very much. I had beancurd and vegetables, the beancurd was fresh ( I'm also very fussy about beancurd) lots of fresh vegetables, my husband had vegetarian hot and sour soup with vegetables spring rolls & Singapore vegetable noodles . There were green beans, celery, baby corn, water chestnuts , lots of them in all the dishes we had. The food wasn't greasy and had a lovely spicy smell .
We will be ordering again from here .

There was so much food and it was of great quality. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

The several fish and chips shops in Chelmsford don't even come close to the food Seaways do.

The Brewery Tap
83 High St, WareSeveral decades since visiting the Brewery Tap due to moving away. Dropped in on a Sunday afternoon for drinks only and had a very pleasant experience. Great atmosphere, and despite the staff being young, they were attentive without being intrusive. A balance where many establishments fail. So, credit to management and staff; you've cracked it!
We may live in Bedfordshire but will in future detour on our return from family in Hoddesdon. Thanks for the experience.
