Thatched House is a dog-friendly restaurant that offers excellent service and great food. The large garden is a lovely spot to enjoy a meal, with a beautiful view over the water in the summer. The staff are polite and accommodating, even when accommodating large groups. The pub has plenty of parking spaces and is wheelchair accessible. Despite a staff shortage, the restaurant still manages to provide a great experience, with the exception of a minor issue with the men's toilet.
