Market Pl, RingwoodI'd like to speak a little about how lovely the bar staff Tom and Issy were to me and my boyfriend during our visit. Issy has only been there a week and she was unbelievably lovely, chatty and even offered me some of her break food ?, I declined, but it looked AMAZING, so well done chefs. Issy went above and beyond hospitality, I definitely see her getting a promotion in the near future. The chefs were a good crack as we had a laugh about my fear of the big ass spider that was outside the pub (p.s still don't know how or why they went so close to the thing ??️?️). The boyfriend would also like to say that Tom was welcoming too and they had a good old chat, again going above and beyond. Both Issy and Tom are very personable people, well done staff and whoever is hiring these lovelies ????. Good drinks, good laughs, pool table, extremely friendly locals, not too busy. Brilliant pub!

74 High St, RingwoodWent out with friends on Saturday 26 /11 .had a wonderful meal I actually love the Ghurkas Revenge My go to meal there.our friends and my partner all had thai they vwere impressed. Thankyou once again for a lovely evening

The Furlong, RingwoodPopped in on our way back from Devon. Children's burgers a bit soggy, water was dripping down my arm. But the lights were outstanding! In a 3d star shape, unfortunately the toilet paper in the men's toilets wouldn't come out! Nice kind staff and nice toys and nice building. Presentation of the ketchup was surprising!

Toms Ln, Linwood, RingwoodHaving a drive around ..26/10/2024 we spotted this pub through the trees ..I initially thought we were stopping just for a coffee, but the wife picked up a menu like she does just to have a nose. We both agreed on seeing the menu that we would definitely be eating..Both agreed on the Oktoberfest menu. …we ordered a sharing starter ..Two soft Drinks.Two coffees and Two main Meals. Staff are very friendly and polite…Food was amazing …A return visit is already on the agenda..
Parking: Arrive early for parking as it could limited..

35 Hightown Rd, RingwoodTried this pub recently after a friend recommended it. It's now our go to pub especially for food. The atmosphere is warm, friendly & relaxed. The menu isn't your normal pub grub usual offerings - they've created their own unique theme. There's something for everyone & the food is amazing!, reasonably priced too. The staff are excellent - very friendly & attentive. Give it a go....we ❤ this pub!

22-24 High St, RingwoodWe were warmly welcomed by the staff, shown to the upstairs corner area where the staff made a fuss of our puppy. They were quick to take our order and bring us up our drinks as well as check everything was okay and bring us a pup cup! Highly recommend this sweet coffee shop!

The Curry Garden Restaurant & Takeaway
10 High St, RingwoodVery good curry and the service from Vince was excellent. The only thing that lets this restaurant down are the prices. £1.50 for a popadom and £2 pp for the chutney tray compare to prices in central London. The curries were similarly expensive. Despite that the quality and quantity were good and we would recommend a visit if you hanker after a curry and are in the New Forest.
Oh, and the Mango Lassi was superb but at £5 for around 200ml was again a pricey but nice treat!

Its a shame its very reminiscent of a Costa. Could of had some originality... but the coffee is is good and allow dogs which is a plus.

My 6 year old said it was the best breakfast he'd ever had, praise indeed (although I am a little disappointed that my pancakes, which were his favourite are now in second place)

30A High St, RingwoodStopped here last year, found it a pleasant place staff very helpful food was great . Stopped here again this year on our way to somerset, again it was well worth the visit. Will be stopping there on the way back to Eastbourne. I highly recommend a visit.

Fresh fish cooked while you wait and piping hot with crispy batter, the latter is absolutely essential imho, chips nice and crispy. I read most other f&c shop reviews and very pleased I went here. Some of the best I have had, and i have had a lot over the years.

Toilets are decent with two doors of separation from you and the customers and even a window. WiFi also available so you can scroll or write a review while you poo.

India Cottage
35 Christchurch Rd, RingwoodThis was the first time we had come to this restaurant for my daughter’s birthday. It was a family meal 2 adults 4 children. It was a simplistic menu which was quite good as there wasn’t huge choice to cause you confusion. There was a set menu which was fine - but no kids set menu option. The starters came (asked for all vegetarian) it came with chicken & fish so it had to go back & come back again. It came back correctly and the starters were pleasant although some were still cold/frozen inside sadly and couldn’t really be enjoyed. Just to mention the dips and popadoms were very nice. The main meals came and the taste was very nice, well presented. We did feel when the bill came in at £200.00 just seemed quite steep for what we received. The set menu is pretty expensive especially as small children need to pick a set adult meal cost between 26/30£.
