Laneway Coffee
77 High St, Lee-on-the-SolentMy friend and I called in for lunch, we looked at the menu and there is a good selection, we enjoyed our food, well presented and cooked well. My friend, who is coeliac was really pleased with the selection of gluten free cakes.

Solents Finest Fish & Chips
Unit b1, Anstice Court, Lee-on-the-SolentStarted using this fish and chip shop just over a month ago.after my locals standard just drop. And I'm have to admit this is buy far the best I've had in a long time. Crispy fluffy chip. Light but crispy batter on the cod. So glad I walked in here and the owners and staff are amazing. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10

100 High St, Lee-on-the-SolentBeen here a dozen or so times now. The food, atmosphere and staff are always faultless. I’m a real foodie and this is genuinely my favourite restaurant for miles around. Please keep up the excellent work ? You often look fully booked so I only wish there were more quality proper restaurants like yours in Lee High Street, plenty of demand for it!

The Inn By The Sea
177 Portsmouth Rd, Lee-on-the-SolentWent here for a works breakfast. It was my first visit, and I was not aware that it was a self-service all you can eat buffet breakfast. To be fair it is not the normal place I would go, being an ex-serviceman, I have done my fair share of standing in a line waiting to be fed. But as it happens there was hardly a queue at all and the food was particularly good for the price paid. There were the standard things that you always see on buffet type meals, the eggs had a nice rubbery texter to them and had been there a little while and the mushrooms had run out, but apart from that the sausages were of a decent quality, all the other things that you expect were there and you can go round as many times as you like. I certainly was not hungry when had finished and for the price you really cannot complain. The staff were outstanding and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. That really makes a place I think and on the strength of that alone I would be very happy to return.

Kid-friendliness: Chikdren of All Ages enjoy the atmosphere also. My grandchildren live their meals. Ages ranging from 1 year through to 11 years of age.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doorway and lovely spacing between tables easily accommodates wheel chair

Solent Tandoori
159 High St, Lee-on-the-SolentI know alot about Indian food, I have years under my belt cooking most Indian dishes from scratch, it's a passion and hobby of mine, I have lots of inside knowledge too on takeaway indian food. When I'm too busy or tired to cook I'll only order from These Guys, they are the best and use proper and fresh ingredients, not from a bucket like all the others in the area. Trust me I tried every other in the area and gave up hope then one day I found Solent Tandoori and they are 100% the best.

36 Manor Way, Lee-on-the-SolentBeautiful place with amazing food. Went on a Friday and the place was packed. I recommend pre-booking. The atmosphere was great and everyone was friendly. Family and dog friendly also. The only downside of being busy is the noise. Otherwise an amazing evening.

Marine Parade W, Lee-on-the-SolentJust back from the most incredible meal on Lee seafront. Roast beef and amazing roast potatoes along with more veggies than you can shake a stick at followed by the most delicious white chocolate and pistachio cheesecake with pistachio ice cream I've ever tasted.
If you’re from around the Lee on Solent area I really can’t recommend the Sunday lunches at On The Water highly enough.

When I phoned to book, I was asked to come earlier as it was the quiz night.
When we arrived, we were informed that it was a reduced menu, but luckily, the dishes we wanted were still available.
I had the burger, which was tasty, nice size portions and hot.
As we had to come in early it was fairly quiet so not a lot of atmosphere
