7 Upper Northam Rd, Hedge End, SouthamptonI was in this Costa after the school run and sadly 2 children come in ( age about 14/15 ) wanting to use the toilet without buying anything- the manager I think her name was Teresa handed it very well as the children become very rude about using the toilet and wanting to sit without buying anything.it’s children like that that has caused many place do a pin for the toilet and leave the toilet a mess for customers ? I will be back to this Costa as I have always loved the services so keep it up ladies in Costa maybe try a different time due to the school teenagers.

Costa Coffee
Wildern Mill, Charles Watts Way, Hedge End, SouthamptonI came into the cafe last weekend with my 6 week old and had to breastfeed him. Still a very vulnerable thing for me in public but I was made to feel so comfortable. One of the baristas (with black hair) came over with a glass of water for me which made me feel so at ease and welcomed to feed my son. Thank you so much to that lovely lady, it made such a difference!

Unit 3, Hedge End Retail Park, Charles Watts Way, Hedge End, SouthamptonFood is expensive for what you get. Especially cake pops designed for children. The staff are always lovely. Sometimes the tables are sticky and could do with a better clean, same as the chairs and seating.
Kid-friendliness: Lack of highchairs available. So, it's not suitable for mums who like to get coffee with friends.

Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking at the rear of the premises, with a cut way next to Lloyds bank giving quick and easy access to this store.
