Had lunch today with my husband for my birthday. The service was exceptional, and the food was all delicious. We had Signature Prawn cocktail and Spicy carrot soup for starters and Signature burger and Slow cooked lamb shank. No room for pudding. Thank you to Briony for her service, very friendly lovely lady. Compliments to the chef today. Food was very well cooked and presented.

Lovely cooked breakfast. Tasty,fresh produce. Perhaps a little pricier than your average cafe, but in my opinion 'well worth the extra. Welcoming ambiance,clean and friendly reception. We would definitely return,and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice tasty cooked breakfast. Lots of choice on the menu!.

This is a great pub. Frequented by locals but also welcomed if not a frequent regular. Not my nearest pub and everytime I go I always wonder why I don't go more often. Service is excellent, staff really friendly. Dog friendly and food is always good. Great beer garden and location is also good.

By far the best Indian food in Fareham and the surrounding areas. Chef is a genius! If you love depth of flavour, spice and aromatics then you will not be disappointed. I have ordered at weekends and mid week and the food is consistently above par. Collection only so no chance of a table but my word the food is so good.

This restaurant is superb. I loved every bite. I had a friendly and courteous welcome from the waitress and the food was delicious. Each dish was art on a plate and the flavours were just right.

The only thing I could slightly fault was the Brownie dessert. The texture was not quite right but the flavour was nice.

The red wine was fantastic and the desert wine was very nice too.

It was a tiny bit cold inside the restaurant when I arrived. Luckily they sat me next to a radiator so I soon warmed up.

Visit for the umpteenth time with friend. Toasted cheese and tomato for her. For me prawn sandwich on brown bread, which has to be the best prawn sarnie in the area. Absolutely delish. The staff are lovely.

Visited this pub by chance as diwn in the area and meeting friends. What a great find! I had read the reviews and everything positive I read about the food was true. Lovely home cooked food, and very decent portions and prices. Can recommend the pie of the day, the steak and kidney suet puddings and the chicken tikka masala. The service was excellent too. We chose to have puds as we couldn't resist. The traditional steamed puddings were light and tasty. All in all we had a great time. 100 % recommend. Wished I lived nearer. Thank you.

'December 2022' - Great Pub with Friendly staff and excellent food, New Year's Eve was an excellent night, great band and atmosphere. Frank and the team did an excellent job making sure everyone enjoyed themselves. We had a 3 course meal and the food was top notch. ? always a great place, now it's the local as its a great atmosphere ?

Our second visit to this excellent restaurant. The authentic Thai food is freshly cooked and simply delicious. Both the red and panang curries were mouthwatering. If you are brave enough, try the jungle curry. Excellent value for money with the all you can eat menu on Tues, Weds, Thurs and Sunday.

First visit, ordered a small cod and chips, and a medium cod and chips.

We loved the food, it was freshly cooked whilst we waited (and it wasn't a long wait). Very little grease, and cooked to perfection, none of it went to waste!

The team were very friendly, warm and welcoming and with big smiles. So great food, and great service.

Would certainly recommend stopping here, and it is pretty close to the castle and coast for somewhere to eat the food, still piping hot.

A go to pub for ok food at very reasonable prices, especially if you are taking a dog with you. The only major drawback is parking. Since the pub is close to the town centre and offers free on street parking which can make finding a place very difficult.

Visited at 6pm even though busy, it didn't feel hectic. Paid on arrival and shown where to sit.
Food was plentiful and hot. Pudding wasn't overally fussed with but they were ok.
Certain had our monies worth.

So much better than a year ago when we last visited Bills in Southampton and they were offering a very limited menu. The menus are now extensive, offering a variety of choice and good quality food. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive , especially Grace who couldn't be more helpful. Although we thought a glass of 175ml wine was a bit overpriced at around £8 each, we will definitely be returning again soon.

Great place to stop for drinks and cakes. Up from the beach front itself,but there are several useful paths up the low cliffs along the shore. Views over the Solent are blocked by the (currently demolished) Osbourne View pub. Which is going to be rebuilt. Great choices for cake or scones.
