Just used the car wash at this station total waste of money. The brush head is worn out you get 100 seconds for a pound. Press the hot foam wash button and got a cold dribble of water. Absolute waste of money. Do not use this car wash !!!!!
My go to filling station. The shop is well stocked with plenty of tasty bites. The station has all the facilities you need and I have never seen any of their equipment out of order. The pay by PayPal on the app is a plus for me.

Jan 2019: One Questions Shell's management standards in this Basingstoke Petrol Station...?Though this Shell Garage may look all yellow & glitzy, sell good driving food, LPG and the fancy V-Power petrol. But the on-site jet wash brush head looked a bit "end of life" in November, but now two months later is absolutely bristle less - See enclosed picture...!!
