This is the best ramen I have ever eaten in the UK. Both the noodles and the soup are of a very high standard. As long as the quality of the noodles is improved, it will be no different from Japanese ramen. The attitude of striving for progress is very satisfying and I look forward to coming again. Will do better, I highly recommend it
