My group took the train to Manchester late at 9:30 p.m. After checking into the hotel, it was almost 10:00 p.m. and it was raining and windy. At that time, the whole group was hungry, just hoping for a bowl of pho or noodles to warm their stomachs. I recently discovered this fantastic Chinese restaurant in the Gay Village. We ordered their Beef Noodles and Fried Dumplings with Pork, Leak, and Shrimp. The Beef Noodles were served in a large bowl, perfect for sharing, and the taste was incredible. The dumplings were also delicious, especially when dipped in the noodle soup. A taste of Sichuan, China type BBQ. Fairly match the taste of Sichuan except not spicy enough. The only drawback is the pricy for all the items, bout three to four times that of China, and about 20% higher than expected.
