137 Market St, HydeWe ordered take away from Adnan’s on Boxing Day and we haven’t stopped talking about it since, everything was really fresh and hot. There was tonnes of meat in the curries and the tikka masala was a gorgeous thick deep red sauce. I find when ordering curries rather than sitting in, they can be quite watery but not this one!! The date night deal was also a bargain thank you.

Stockport Rd, HydeWe went today for afternoon tea, the food was lovely however our booking confirmation showed 12pm but the event didn't start until 1pm so we were an hour early. When we questioned this we were told by the staff member 'the poster states 1pm' and when you book they just 'put anytime on the reciept'! The member of staff was quite rude and just kept repeating the poster states 1pm and was making out it was our fault because we'd gone off the booking confirmation and should of checked the poster! However, Liv, another staff member, was amazing, they arranged for the food to be brought out earlier so we didn't have to wait an hour and arranged a free drink for all 9 of us which was brilliant and really appreciated. An hour doesn't seem long to wait but when you have children with additional needs it's the longest time! Many thanks to Liv for saving the day and as for the other person hospitality isn't for everyone.

The lamb biryani is also excellent, all the starters vegetarian and meat are delicious ? the tandoori chicken drumsticks are incredible. Can be a bit hit and miss with delivery times but when it's top quality food and decent prices it's to be expected!

Came back today to a warm welcome (despite the frost outside) Had the best poached eggs I've ever had and the Chai Latte was lovely and hot. can't reccomend enough and will definitely be back

Werneth Low Rd, HydeWe had a lovely lunchtime visit. The staff were so welcoming and nice. The food arrived quickly and was very tasty.
A little more cheese in the toastie would have been good.
I ordered the three scoops of ice cream for dessert which was delicious but there was only one full scoop, the other two were only half scoops.
But overall it was an excellent lunch and we enjoyed it immensely....and what a fabulous view.
We sat inside but there was plenty of seating outside.
Vegetarian options: There were a few vegetarian choices. I had a cheese toastie with chips. The salad was just from a bag, not seasonal but the meal was very nice.
Parking: Fantastic views.

3 Pine St, Hyde** UPDATED REVIEW ** - I heard that there are now new owners and a new menu so I thought I’d give it a try. Firstly, I’m hugely disappointed as they have taken the ‘keema sandwich’ off the menu and there are few takeaways that serve that dish (which was delicious from here) ! This time I had the Aunties Punjabi samosas which came in a portion of 2. The samosas were full of filling but the portion size for £3.99 was in my opinion very expensive considering how small the samosas were. I think that for that price I would have expected at least 3. In terms of flavour, they were quite delicious so I have no complaints there.
The chapati was what was expected and reasonably priced at £1.30.
I also tried the lamb rogan josh and flavour wise it was good and has left a lovely aftertaste, however, the amount of oil (as shown in the pictures) was excessive and borders on heart attack material! It would be a far tastier curry if much less oil was used in the cooking process. The lamb was nice but as stated they really do need to be careful on how much oil they cook the curry in. Overall, a decent curry but it could have been better.

This is one of them ‘dark kitchens’ in which they do not have a shop frontage and predominantly cooks and delivers. I’ve been ordering from here on an ad-hoc basis and the food is ok. Many years ago there was a mixture of food available including Chinese but the menu has been slimmed down now to be mainly your typical Indian Takeaway that includes the usual curries, kebabs, pizza’s, burgers etc.
When I’ve ordered, the food has always arrived quickly and freshly cooked and it’s been perfectly serviceable.
The portion sizes are quite generous although on their website it does state you get 6 (small) onion bhaji but they only send 4!
Not many takeaways do keema sandwiches (on pitta) and I must state that not only is this fresh and tasty but the portion size is very generous with the lamb keema.
Overall, clean, fresh, speedy delivery and a decent choice of food.

79 Market St, HydeBeen meaning to try this place for a long time now and finally did. I had the Delhi Spice special kebab and in terms of value, it’s outstanding. For under £8 you get doner, chicken tikka and a seek kebab all stir fried in their tomato tandoori sauce with onions placed on a fresh naan bread cooked in a tandoori clay oven. Whilst the stir fry sauce is not overpowering, it disguises some of the individual flavours of the meat and I would best describe it as a sort of shashlik kebab. In terms of portion size, it’s very generous and comes with 2 tubs containing yoghurt mint sauce and a mild chilli sauce. In terms of price, for the size of the kebab and the time taken to cook it in the sauce, the value is outstanding and it’s definitely a bargain.The takeaway does a range of kebabs that are mostly stir fried but you can also have them not stir fried. I don’t think this will be a regular takeaway for me but I shall certainly return in the future!

Rhodes St, HydeLandlady is wonderful. Customers are great. You can't use your phone and there's no music or TV but do you know what makes it so great? People actually have conversations and listen to each other, after all, there is nothing worse than talking to a mate who's got one eye on their phone, the other eye on the big screen and one ear listening in to other people and one ear on the DJ. Plus there's a real fire which is lovely. The beer is well kept, great value for money and the glasses are very clean. There's no lipstick on those pint pots lol which I have noticed in some pubs ha ?

Ordered chips, Irish Curry and a cuppa tea as well, 8 quid for all that isnt half bad. One thing I would say is due to the front door being left open, the smell from someone outside on their ciggy break wafted into the chippy, thankfully it went away within a few minutes.

Greenfield St, HydePop into this store, sometimes a couple of times a day, as I work locally. Staff are generally very pleasant, and the store well stocked. The lady on the Sushi counter is lovely, and seems to take genuine pride in the food she prepares (which is excellent) - The store is only let down (IMHO) by the beggars permanently just outside the front door, who seem to work shifts, then nip off to score on the road down the side of the shop - (not the Mosque side). Costs Asda money as I feel uneasy browsing, and thus buying, the outside plants etc whilst being asked for money by a bag head.

We were in the area to see Avril Lavigne and Simple Plan on 3rd August and decided that the food looks so amazing on the life of tom vlogs that we were going to give it a try. We were not disappointed in the slightest. The food was out of this world. My partner and I still dream of the arancini with black truffle. We will definitely be back whenever we're near Manchester. 100% some if the best food we've ever had. Definitely recommend.
