50 Station Rd, West DraytonHad driven to West Drayton to get the train into London and stopped for lunch here as I was starving. Was not disappointed. The chicken and halloumi wrap came with a lovely side salad. It didn't touch the sides, I wolfed it down...absolutely delicious.
Ladies toilets really clean and presentable too which is a bonus.

They recommended the sizzler, and it was incredible, and very filling for our family of 6 - along with some naan bread, rice, and papadom. It did not disappoint... took me back to my visit to India just months ago. Highly recommended!

Holiday Inn London Heathrow, 276 Bath Rd, Sipson, West DraytonAfter a long flight, we were grateful for the convenience of the Holiday Inn's on-site restaurant because we did not want to take a taxi or Uber for another 15-20 minutes to a restaurant outside the airport. Despite being an airport hotel restaurant, the quality of the food and service far exceeded our expectations. The fresh salad and made-to-order pizza were delicious, and our server, Ciezel, and our host, Brendan, provided exceptional hospitality. We were quickly seated without a reservation; they were very helpful with food recommendations, and attentive service made our dining experience memorable. The open kitchen inside of the hotel's inner atrium offers an inside/outside vibe, but it was great to see all the food being prepared right in front of you; this hidden gem within an airport hotel is a must-visit for weary travelers who want a nice meal without traveling far.

The White Horse
530 Bath Rd, Longford, West DraytonThis is a really nice old pub, it's cozy. It's set in a village that now is right next to the main runways at Heathrow airport. There are plane landing every few minutes during the day so can get loud if seated outside.
The pub has a central bar area which I believe is 17th century - it has exposed wood work and a really nice fireplaces.
There is outdoor seating to the front and a makeshift beer garden area to the other side which I did feel was a little tacky, it seems to be a "makeshift structure" which really takes away from the main charm of the building. Also there was an indoor type home speaker just bolted up to the side wall outside which was the first item I saw when I went out.
The beer was fine but was "central London" prices and I know this is likely since there is a fair contingent of tourists from the nearby hotels but the bill can rack up pretty quick if you're having a few pints.
The bargirl who served us was lovely and the food was overall pretty good (again a little pricy).
I did feel it was a good stop. Would recommend if you are a tourist in the local area to have a pint and some food. I personally would sit inside to soak up the character of the old part of the building and would be really nice in winter with the fire.
Also, note the gents inside only has urinals, you have to go to the beer garden area if you need to use more extensive facilities.
Finally, if you are a tourist staying in Hounslow, there are direct bus routes outside so you do not need to get a Uber/cab.
Wheelchair accessibility: Outside is fine but there is a step down to get into the bar area, this would likely be hard for a wheelchair.

22 Station Rd, West DraytonSo tasty!!! The buffet is freshly cooked as you order and you can opt to have single or double portions. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. I would recommend the honey chicken wings, chicken and mushroom soup, pineapple rice, saucy chicken wings, any of the sizzling platters and any of the desserts..
Update: went today and still amazing food, great service and fantastic quality ingredients. A pleasure going back.
