Visited this evening with friends I haven't been here since before the pandemic. We sat in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly. We all ordered haddock and chips. I wanted plaice, but it's no longer an option on the menu. Food was served quickly but was pipping hot. When we came to pay the bill I was told the machine wasn't working. It would have been nice to have been told this when we arrived so I could have got cash out before hand.
Ignore the bad feedback on here!!Easily the best chippy in the E11/Woodford area.Fantastic Fish n Chips / friesGreat mushy peas and curry dip too.Fish tasted fresh and was grilled in a really nice way.Chips were cooked just right.Glad we've finally found a decent chippy in the area.
