Westfield Shopping Centre, Southern Terrace, Ariel Way, LondonEverything was lovely. The food, the service, etc. etc. ONLY negative for me was that Bills restaurant no longer takes cash as payment.
Apparently there was a sign at the door - didn’t see it. Apparently you’re told when you enter, we weren’t.
All in all, they’ve lost me as a client, from now on, as I refuse to go ANYWHERE that doesn’t accept cash.

You can easily lose yourself here. If there was a 'Wonderland' for Tea, coffees and hot chocolate lovers this would be it. Filled with luxurious teas, aromatic coffees and creative hot chocolates.
And ever there was an 'Alice' it must be Zainab who was exceptionally helpful and enthusiastic about the whole experience.

Unit SU1210A, Westfield, Ariel Way, LondonThe Food of the Gods ice-cream is exceptional. Jersey milk infused with cocoa nibs. Great if served by the friendlier staff. Some (2 Indian ladies) are miserable moody and moan that they’re not allowed to sit down. Rolling their eyes to customers.
The hot chocolate becomes a dripping mess if the whipped chocolate is served on top.

I’m from America and it was refreshing to see someone of his caliber truly love his job and have great customer service so I felt like I was right at home. I’m not sure who his manager is since he is the General Manager but if you are Pawel’s manager and are reading this give him a raise he deserves this and MORE!!

Spoons food is nothing to shout about but they do everything they can to make the food as good as it can be.

She managed to make my order swiftly, even though I was running late. Additionally, I must commend the staff for their consistency in providing excellent service, especially considering the challenging parking situation in the area. Every visit, they have been on point with their service. I highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for great coffee and exceptional customer service!.

The rice and peas were so flavorful on their own and the curry chicken was so tender, it fell right off the bone. I will definitely be back!

k.1016, Ariel Way, LondonI love these pretzels! My favorite combinations are Nutella, marshmallows, smarties AND the Oreo pretzels. Oreo ones may sound weird but try it! It’s delicious. I recommend takes the pretzel ‘bites’ option as you can share it with people and it is easier to eat. You can also make it into pizza type pretzels. You can get slushies, fizzy drinks and coffee. Brilliant option for deserts!!!

Unit 1072, Westfield Shopping Centre, Ariel Way, LondonHad a great experience yesterday at GBK white city, wanted the cheese sauce and truffle mac and cheese, but being valentines day those items were sold out. My pregnant wife didn't fancy having a veg burger but wanted the lighter bean melt instead asked the waiter and said the melt was only available till 5pm. Spoke to the manager Andrea and she was able to make an exception for my wife. Really happy with the service and food all round. Thanks Andrea again!

The environment needs improvement, the shop is newly renovated, but chairs are in worse condition and also placed very close, making them uncomfortable to sit. We ordered Peri peri mighty deal £14.99. Quantity was good, but taste was all right.Parking: Parking in the street is paid from 9AM to 10PM. A few limited spaces on the Uxbridge road in front of the shop after 7PM are free.

Completed my order on the self-service machine although unable to receive a receipt due to both machines jamming the paper. Order was nether the less processed fairly rapidly.
Food was up to the usual standard and I was able to find a table despite a busy evening service.
Overall the place is reasonably nice, but could benefit from a little makeover to fend of the competition which so happens to be MC Donald's just round the corner.

88/90 Uxbridge Rd, LondonAfter flying across the pond on a redeye and finally checking into my hotel late at night I was starving. Luckily for me there was a McDonald's or Macdonalds as they say over there a few minutes away. This location is open 24 hours in case you have the late night munchies. I always order stuff you can't get here in the US. A few of the things I got was a double big mac, spicy snack wrap and BBQ McCrispy. It tastes just like the Mickey D's we have at home. Service was adequate considering they were busy although I didn't get a receipt at the kiosks. Luckily for me they didn't ask for one. The dining area was closed so I didn't get to dine in.
