Ruba bar has a very serene atmosphere. Great tasting coffee and power sockets and USB ports if you wish to work or surf. Part of the Hilton hotel it is very clean and secure. Hotel rooms are a good and typical Hilton specification. The staff are professional and polite with a human and friendly touch. Easy access to Canary Wharf shopping malls, restaurants and offices. Minutes walk from the DLR and Jubilee Line for ease of access to London and a short distance to London City airport.
I don't want to rate low but the lack of witnesses on restaurant is just not acceptable. I think the staffs are fine but need to balance out the focus. The man next table was on a mood hence nothing happened, if someone wasnt have a good mood, incidents Will happen.
