The Red Lion is a welcoming pub in South-East London, perfect for those visiting Shooters Hill or Severndroog Castle. It features a homely interior adorned with photos and offers reasonably priced drinks, including chilled red wine. The pub serves excellent home-produced meals, cooked to order, and is pet friendly. While it boasts a nice garden and BBQ area, some areas, like the toilets, are in need of cleaning. Despite a few issues with food tab payments, the landlady has greatly improved the pub's atmosphere, making it clean and friendly.
