Roll the dice here - the food is excellent and atmosphere great, it’s only the service that lets them down. Not all service to be fair but the two females that looked after our table were useless and one was simply rude to the point we were considering removing service charge. If it wasn’t for the other waiters compensating for them it would have been that way.
I cannot recommend The Phene enough.
We unfortunately had a venue cancel on us 2 weeks before our civil ceremony at Chelsea Town Hall. The same day, we went into the Phene to drown our sorrows and was met by Carys.
After a chat, Carys and Ben figured out a way to help and to convert the back of the pub into an event space for us. Everything was sorted and communicated in one day.

We loved The Phene, my daughter got married there, upstairs in the Oakley room which was stunning. There is a projector so you can do fils and photos. After the ceremony we had a sit down meal in the same room. Food was great, staff were attentive and attention to detail. Afterwards we went into the area in the garden set aside for us. Great day.
