The Mitre is a fabulous little gem that offers a great British pub experience. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient, and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant visit. The roast beef was described as superb, and the bar staff made delicious cocktails. Guests have praised the staff for their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to assist with any requests. The hotel portion of The Mitre has also received high praise. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a restful night's sleep despite the central London location. The breakfast was delicious, though one guest noted a slight decline in quality on the second morning. The staff were attentive, even helping guests with their luggage on arrival and departure.
