A lovely pub, steeped in history. Cold ale was the order of the day. We tried the fish and chips....and the fish was crispy on the outside and perfect inside. The thing that really struck me were the chips, the best chips I have had in over 10 years, absolutely perfect. Well done to the chef
The Grenadier was the first pub I went into 40 years ago and I’ve been going back ever since. I was in there again this week with friends having lunch.
The staff are so friendly and professional.
The beef wellington is six star.
A total gem of a pub.
