We had a splendid time at the restaurant. Cocktails and sweets were delightful, and the staff extremely friendly and approachable. My partner and I had a very stressful day and our visit at the restaurant was a fantastic experience that gave us some relief, and a horrible day turned into a decent one! Thank you Cafe Concerto. Went for cakes and coffee. Poor service, almost condescending. Quality was mediocre - considering the cakes were nothing to write home about. Gelato was the saving grace. Staff could definitely adopt a better attitude instead of complaining about orders and customers in full view.

My wife and I had a wonderful tea break in this elegant caffe. The service is friendly and the Black Forest with English breakfast tea is amazing. What a wonderful experience. Just what we need after a tiring day of shopping. Compliments to the management and staff. Surely we’ll recommend to family and friends. Can’t wait to visit the place again..
