Great concept and cute location to go to for some calm amongst the busy streets of London but staff are not proactive nor do they much care about the service, so don't expect the best even if it is in JL!
Clean and tidy and the staff was excellent plus we had a deal buy one and get one free on cream tea who doesn't like scones cream and jam with English tea first time we have been in there but will be visiting again it's so nice to have great customer

My review is mostly about Viktor who is absolutely delightful. What a warm, kind and gentle man. He made our visit to Huffkins very special. I hope Huffkins know what an asset they have in him. He’s great ?
