One of the best bakeries I've eaten at. The cinnamon pastry WOW. Focaccia with pesto and mozzarella is great. Pleasant atmosphere and great service. You can also take pastries on the go. Fresh and delicious!
The staff at Gails is friendly and professional but Pavel stands out for his efficiency and excellent customer service. The other day i was in a very bad mood and very disagreeable. His smile and his concern if i am ok really brightened my day. I consider Gails my home. Thank you Pavel thank you Gails for choosing the good people.

Add numbers on the pastries, take orders directly at the tables for those seated and show/train your new staff. It was a crowded Saturday that a new girl apologised 3 times to me for some mistakes with my order like it was the end of the world. Chaotic service overall. I have only sympathy for the people who work there.
