It is not a great lounge, as Airport lounges go. Compared to BA lounges in T5 and T3 it is much less delightful. It gets super warm in here, uncomfortably so. Food and drink choices are limited. Very open plan, very little privacy and the chairs are not that comfortable. When fuller it can be noisy, if there are noisy people in the lounge e.g., outside voice on a mobile phone it is not great. There are toilets and they are clean with lovely Voya products. Agreed with previous commentsThis is a quiet room. No hot food on offer. Had to do with packets of peanuts and plastic packed cheddar cheese and crackersGood choice of wine and small selection of alcoholic drinks

Having been spoilt in the (now distant) past with Virgin Atlantic lounges, I find that others (and because we always seem to travel EasyJet these days, that is not often) are rather dull in comparison. That said, the lounge was clean and quiet so can't Knock it (pos. funny as that is where I was travelling to).
