Lots of seating, not normally too busy, but can a peek times, but mostly seems clean and well looked after. I go for a early morning breakfast, so my comments are based on quiet times. Have been at peek times and all good, but not enough to make a solid statement. However, for a quiet breakfast before the day or your work starts, it's perfect and a lovely atmosphere.

Despite living in Elm Park since 2002, I'd never eaten at Istanbul Grill, either as a takeaway or in person before this visit and, having now enjoyed their food, I will not be leaving it so long before I go back.
On arrival, my friend and I were given a warm welcome and were well attended by the lady serving, though not made to feel rushed in any way.
We were given bread which had a coating of paprika and something else, which was absolutely delicious (I could have eaten baskets and baskets of it) and I then had lamb beyti for my main, which was nicely presented and accompanied with rice, bulgar wheat, salad and sour cream sauce.
It was tasty and the portions were sufficient. My friend was also very happy with their meal and enjoyed a pineapple and lemonade to drink, whilst I just had tap water.
The food was very filling, so we didn't have anything for dessert, but they do have options available.
As it was a warm day, we ate outside.
Parking: Parking is available along The Broadway, but spaces are limited and you need to pay using the RingGo app, or by calling as there are no longer any meters to pay at.
There is also a private car park next to Savers on St Nicholas Avenue, but the machine rarely works and most people who use it end up getting tickets, even if they've only driven through!

S End Rd, HornchurchWe have visited Good Intent on several occasions now, the good is great, the service is excellent, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a great atmosphere here, i would highly recommend coming down for some food and drinks with friends and family.

104 Ardleigh Green Road, HornchurchI placed a big order for my daughters 3rd Birthday for home delivery, and the service I received over the phone was outstanding. I dealt with a gentlemen called Shivesh who took my order and didn't charge be for 2 large pizzas, he also gave us 4 portions of free wedges and x2 big boxes of garlic sauces to last us until the year, again free of charge. He really made the process so easy and honestly the pizza was amazing! Oh and he didn't charge for delivery either... I definitely will be ordering from here again, it's the small wins. Shivesh you are fantastic at your Job and thank you for making all the kids happy with the extra free Pizza's!

148 High St, HornchurchWent to Greggs today for the first time in a while after bashing on it for years and it was actually delicious! It's changed a lot since the last time I came to this specific Greggs.
My friend initially recommended me the steak bake a few weeks ago, and I was craving steak so I went to go and obtain one.
I've never had such good steak in my life. 10/10 I will be coming back and will never talk badly about a Greggs again
