30 Highgate High St, LondonFood was fine. Quality and attitude of service was appalling, and server was very disrespectful/rude. Was a bit uncomfortable when paying the bill but overall experience was ok.
Although we had booked several all days in advance, our table was given away, and we were expected to sit at 2 different tables.
However, manager then came over and sorted everything out and gave us 2 free pizzas + dough ball meaning everyone left happy

The Gatehouse
1 North Rd, Highgate Village, LondonReally lovely pub, beautiful lighting, decor and great atmosphere. Very friendly, chatty, helpful and attentive staff who seemed happy to be there - they honestly couldn't do enough for you and nailed it with just the right balance of attention and not being overbearing.
Great range of drinks for drinkers, not so much non-drinkers in terms of zero alcohol "grown-up" drinks, but this is a similar theme across the board to be fair.
The food came out in perfect time between ordering and arriving and both courses (main and dessert) were delicious!
My friend was happy to see one of his favourite digestives on the dessert menu.
The pub garden was pretty. A comfortable, welcoming space with heaters and fairy lights.
Ladies loos were okay, typical pub loos that start the night clean, tidy and functional and end up a bit of a mess by 10pm.
All-in-all, my friend and I had a really lovely evening in this very charming pub and would return, and recommend, in a heartbeat!

53 Highgate High St, LondonBy far the most traditional London pub in the area. Small, just booze & bar snacks & really perfect vibe. It's my go to stop for a Guinness in winter & a wine in summer. Staff are always chatty & friendly & you won't regret a visit.

62 Highgate High St, LondonEverything was perfect. Had a delicious flat white and a sandwich. Staff were really friendly and brought my order to my table. Next time I will leave room for cake! Thanks so much.
