The Navigation offers excellent value for money, with great and fast service, and lovely food. The waiter was very efficient, helpful, and went above and beyond. While the building is in some state of disrepair, there are signs of refurbishment, and the food was satisfactory. The service and friendliness could be improved to make the restaurant more popular and sustainable, but it has much potential.
