Fantastic ambiance, the food was flavoursome and wholesome to eat. The kids enjoyed their burgers and chips too. Karl was very friendly always serving with a smile.

Kid-friendliness: They had little kids activity sheets and crayons which was a good time passer whilst us parent had lunch.

Bao Bao Taiwanese Street Food

This is the go-to restaurant in Croydon. We go there or order takeaway once or twice every week. Great quality authentic food with good portion. Anything on the food menu is worth trying. The bubble tea and the snow ice is also really nice! Highly recommend!

Slug & Lettuce - Croydon

Came for a Mother’s Day bottomless brunch, had a very good time. Even though the food wasn’t great at first it was rectified, we had lovely service from server Jay and had a great time!

The Tava Shop

Highly recommend this place. We are not local but often visit Croydon and this is now our go to place. The food is fresh and delicious and the staff are friendly. There are lots of vegetarian options

Mahala

Visited for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. Full a la carte menu available and reasonably priced. Chicken was very nice with typical Romanian flavours. Service was pleasant and welcoming and the place is clean and unfussy. I definitely intend to go back again.

Aqua Bar & Grill - Croydon

No longer Aqua. Noto Italian restaurant and café. My mixed grill was very good and I was full. Wife had seabass and said it was tasty. They are going to have jazz and r n b lunchtimes in the near future so give it a try and a follow.

Spread Eagle

For Liverpool FC fans, this London gem is like a mini Anfield where fellow fans chant and sing together during the live broadcast of LFC games. The staff were prompt in serving drinks and food despite the crowd. The beers were good and priced reasonably.

The Tree House

I just recently had a party at The Treehouse with between 60-70 people. Aron, Aden and the team made us feel incredibly welcome, everything had been organised fantastically, there was plenty of food and the team were so attentive. I had people travel here from Ireland and wanted the night to be memorable and the team at the Treehouse ensured this was the case. I would highly recommend The Treehouse as a venue for large or small groups- everyone commented on how good the buffet was which had a great selection and included great vegetarian options!
We were able to hire in a DJ and dance the night away with our friends.

BP Shirley Road

Went yesterday on 14th June around 1:40ish and the ladies serving behind the tills and the food counter went above and beyond. Very friendly, helpful and a great example on providing brilliant customer service.

Decent garage. Service is good and the staff are very friendly. Has a Select store and also a good car wash area with pressure washer. Tyre inflation. Usual petrol station prices for food. Does not get too busy. Only the petrol prices at the moment are the issue ⛽

Had an amazing time with my friends here last weekend. Sarita makes the best cocktails in Camden and made my friend's birthday weekend even better by amazing customer service and the friendliest attitude as always. My favourite Camden local so far! (the cutest dogs are a plus)

The Plough Beddington

Service with a smile couldn't do enough for you. We had a burger and pint each for over forty pounds all in. The chips were decent and the burger was very nice with cheese and pickle.

Well, there is no misinterpreting this place - they like their music, they like it hard and they like it loud! In contrast to this, we went in on an early Saturday afternoon and there were only a few others in there, but the music playing, whilst not too loud, was in fact the music just mentioned. I had a great chat with the bar staff and a couple of the locals as I am of an age with long hair and a beard that people would think I am of their ilk (in answer yes, but not all the time). I was assured that they still play hard and often have bend nights here. Great place and inordinate amount of room to move about in. The Guinness was excellent as was the Hobgoblin Gold.

A delightful venue. Quite small but very friendly and accomating of my bike. Knowledgeable bar staff to talk through the beers on tap. Very reasonably priced. Great service. I would recommend a pit stop here.

Capone's Pizza Parlour

They have the godfather of all pizzas you literally can't refuse. Nice pizza made fresh to order friendly on the phone taking your order and friendly at your door making the delivery. Been a favourite for years.

Roosters Piri Piri Croydon

I am customer with rooster from long time. All the time i place order for delivery. I am living like 5 miles away from this restaurant. When it delivered, it have same freshness and hot as eating in restaurant. champion food taste and quality all the time. Quality packing. Very friendly staff.

Once again the girls in the hatch on platform 1 smash it out of the park! Today I said how quick can you make an iced latte? Brunette with glasses (didn’t see her name tag) said 1 minute and delivered, I had two minutes to my train when I walked up to the hatch and I knew I didn’t have to feel stressed she confidently made my drink in the speediest time whilst still making it exactly how it should be made. Thank you girls you’re the best!

Market Tavern Croydon

A proper Croydon locals boozer situated on the oldest market in England. Good for football, food and drinks deals. Had an amazing Chip Shop Platter which was better than most fish and chip shops!!!

Pizza Hut Restaurants

Had a nice family meal out here today. Arrived approximately 14:20. Restaurant was very busy, but was quickly seated by the manager Lancelot. Lancelot was so attentive and checked on us regularly, despite the busyness of the restaurant and him being rushed off his feet. My daughter had a headache and was quiet, he quickly realised something was wrong and offered her reassurance, comfort and some water. We were overjoyed with the service received from Lancelot, so much so that I’m leaving this review. Lancelot made sure that all tables were served and satisfied despite the rush.

Food was lovely too.

Thai Express (Boxpark Croydon)

Every time I come into this restaurant it's clean and standards is always a 10 but most of all the service is even better and I have to give thanks to Attila and his excellent service.

Brothers Kebab House

Every Friday night I get the doner kebab with all the salad and burger sauce. Its delicious. I don't have much else to add, I always phone in my order for collection and it's usually 10 minutes so I'm very happy with the service.

La Pizzeria

Very filling food. Lots to choose from. Pizza kebabs burgers and fries. Reasonable prices. Wish they had a little bit more variety with desserts though. Nice staff

This cafe ,is a great cafe ,the food is first class all of the staff are very welcoming,,,they make you feel at home every time you dine hear as a regular customer they always look after me ,with free coffee every now and then ,that's a really nice thing to do ,I highly recommend Elly's cafe

Comfortable friendly environment. I was having an MOT opposite and had the all day breakfast in the café with a cappuccino while I waited. The food was quality and plentiful, left me full and happy. There are only a couple of tables with a plug socket if you want to plug in a laptop, etc.

We we're visiting London and it was our first time eating at Wendy's.
I had a baconator, which is a double cheesburger with bacon and it was amazing.
The bacon and cheese potato was disappointing as it only had a teaspoon of cheese and bacon.

Today's Cafe

We ordered Uber eats today from this place for the first time, and we were really impressed with the food quality and the size of the proportions. Together with the 2 English breakfasts we ordered 2 bacon baguettes, and because they didn't have baguettes bread, they sent it over 2 bacon buns for each one of us, which was very thoughtful and kind of them. Thank you!
