Was really polite and professional and did not pressure me whatsoever. Very thankful for this experience after having a bad day! A big thank you to that staff member, little things really do mean the world sometimes. Also ended up finding something I liked ?

No wonder I've always missed this one's existence, it's never open on evenings and weekends, the only times I ever go out for food! Do they think they're running an office and not a takeaway?!

388 Finchley Rd, LondonThe only reason it's not 5 stars is because costa don't seem to care enough to do proper renovations of certain branches. They have left the golders green costa completely decrepit and closed for years. This branch is on its way there too. The plumbing requires a complete redo because it is crumbling and they will only do surface-level stuff. This costa is perfect except it is extremely likely there is a mold issue within the walls. It rained about a year ago and it was coming out of the side wood bits in a gush. The toilet often malfunctions and there have been times when it bubbles and sewage water comes out. Sewage flies are common and sometimes you get them in your face, because they are attracted to the stink coming from the toilet.What's the point of making your baristas clean tables when in reality you need to divert your funds towards rebuilding the systems underlying the building? The company have tons of money especially given they charge more than starbucks nowadays for a damn latte (almost 10% more per drink). Do something about this health hazard. Replace the vacuum which has definitely not been replaced in 5 years.The baristas are usually really sweet and nice and do their job well at this chain. Nothing on them - all the issues in this costa are to do with the upper people. Don't give your customers asthma lol
