Ervina, the waitress who looked after us, went above and beyond with her exceptional service. Food was lovely too. Overall a great experience.

Unit S04 Brent Cross Shopping Centre, LondonNancy was the waitress helping us and ensuring our order was on time and checked frequently if we need anything. You don’t expect this level of service at a fast food restaurant but she really made me experience great. I saw her interacting with other customers also and they had such a smile on their face. She is great.

10-12 Bell Ln, LondonHad a straight fish and Chips. Haddock as a Main and a Small sampling of the cod as well. Both batter fried. Everything was amazing. Service as well. Highly recommend.

Prince Charles Dr, Brent Cross, LondonI was given a voucher for Afternoon Tea for 2 as birthday present. Was able to request decaffeinated tea,& had choice of vegan/ vegetarian sandwiches,if required. Sandwiches were delicious & pots of tea provided several cups..Cake selection was disappointing. Would have been nicer to make own choice,even though would have meant fewer. As there were 2 rounds of sandwiches & lovely warm scones,1fruit,1 plain,the 4 cakes were too much. & were taken home. Would have much preferred 2 delicious looking fruit tartlets,?to take away in stead.
Was concerned that choosing Friday afternoon was a busy time,but comfortable,despite someone bringing their dog! Very unhygienic when there is food,though dog was well behaved.

Unit Z2, Prince Charles Dr, Brent Cross, LondonThe food is amazing!!! I ordered a fish burger and it came moderately slowly but it was impeccable when it comes to taste! The chips were fried to perfection and the sauce they came with was garlicky and rich. Our whole tables food came at the same time which is great in my books and at the end we got iced coffee which was creamy and one of the best I’ve had in a long time. We came in the night so the atmosphere was dark and calm and there were roses on every table.
Kid-friendliness: They have an amazing kids meal which is priced at £11.95 for warm toasted bagels, butter and veggies for the first course, and a meal of your choice for entree and a scoop of ice cream for dessert. Amazingly priced for what it is

But this is the first time I tried English breakfast, and waooo, I can say that I haven’t eaten so perfectly done breakfast in years long. The quality, quantity and taste are at its most highest perfection. Too bad I didn’t try their breakfast menu before but well it’s never to late ? ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Shopping Centre, Unit R1a, Prince Charles Dr, Brent CrossNasiim was brilliant today . He provided us with excellent service as well as working hard to maintain every other responsibility he had. I saw him working so hard with all the other duties . He was professional and fantastic at sorting out a minor order issue we had . Overall this Nando’s is brilliant just a small thing , more people needed to take orders at the till. But because Nasiim provided us with great service from seating us at our table to bringing us food it did not affect the 5 star rating . Well done Nasiim!

148, 150 Brent St, LondonOverall, it was pretty good, and I would happily come here again. As a previous critic pointed out, the karahi ghost just lacked a bit of flavour to it. It certainly looked good and smelt good but just didn't thrill me. So hopefully, the chef reads this review. Anyway, apart from that, everything else that was ordered was spot on. The service was also very good and the dining area was clean. Definitely worth a try.

I didn’t know it was possible to switch to Brazilian beans! My drink was finished with cream and marshmallows as well as choco powder. Thank you very much for looking after me.

After I placed an order for delivery which never arrived because the driver from Just Eat took it, I called the shop trying to find out what happened and get some sort of answer and my food. I spoke to Amith which tried to contact Just Eat and ask about my order but because the waiting time was long he offered to cook the whole order again and find another driver to deliver it to me. He didn't had to do it, he could've just told me to wait for Just Eat to reply but instead he was kind, he understood what happened and he offered to help and send the order again. I am really grateful for such a lovely gesture and I appreciate his hard work, his professionalism and the way he was efficient in sorting this issue out. Thank you very much Amith!

Can get horrendously busy and on those occasions - avoid!
Our last visit was midweek evening.
Branch was quite (annoyingly they close the upper seating area long before closing time). Self service machines available.
The still take cash (for now).
Service was quick and food was ... Well, it's McDonald's.
We like it.
