During my recent visit to the Costa Coffee branch near Mile End, I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I ordered a blueberry muffin and a drink on the app, and was impressed by how quickly the drink was made.

There is a good number of seats here and the store was tidy.

Vegetarian options: Good number of veggie options

Dietary restrictions: You can opt for soya milk at no extra charge, however they do have extra cost associated with other milk alternatives.

The Roman Road branch in E3 is one of the best. I’ve been both in person and ordered online. I use this branch a lot, because they do the carrot cake and a lot of the other branches don’t do it. To put into context, I have 5 options of Costa branches. When you go in, it’s quite large, but has that small village cafe feel. The staff are friendly and helpful. But also to add, they’ve gone the extra mile, because I’ve ordered online a a fair few times, and tried to find a way to get my points added to my card, which is difficult to do, (no fault of Costa), and any time I’ve left a message, they’ve responded personally. This time, Sunday 12th May 2024, I received a personally hand written note. I just wish I knew their name, so I could thank them personally, the best I can do is leave a review and say a massive thank you, it made me tear up in a good way. I don’t expect this every time, but it shows they truly care. And I believe that makes everything taste better!

Mile End KFC dey alright, but sometimes e no dey too set well. When I go there, dem get good chicken but e no too hot like I dey expect. The chips sometimes dey soggy, e no crispy like e suppose be. The place no too clean well-well, but dem try small. Dem people wey dey work there, some go smile, some go act like say dem no wan dey there at all.

If you get luck, you fit get fresh chicken, but if you no get luck, dem go give you the one wey don cool small. The waiting time, e no too bad, but sometimes e fit long if crowd plenty. Overall, e be okay place if you just wan quick chop, but no expect am to blow your mind.

Dem fit do better sha.

Place had lovely but partially stuffy aroma, nevertheless a cosy sanctuary on a cold, winter night. Delicious Meateor^TM pizza with BBQ base: rich, succulent, and a little sweet - perfection in my eyes.

When ever the old man or the other guy who I paid for my fuel today is there are friendly kind but when the other guy who's there who is miserable and moany I hired a van 3 weeks ago and a trouble with my bank and so I had problem with my card I told the guy who was rude to me I'm gonna move the van out of the way the pump and will ask one of my family members to lend me there card so I can pay for the fuel that way he was like So hows you gonna pay for the fuel then HUH as I explained again what I was going to do but he made me like I was a criminal who does this on a daily basis

Good for fuel but if you see the old man and the guy who worked today there friendly and kind

If you see the other guy who is rude and blunt towards you make sure you avoid him
