We decided to have coffee after our breakfast, without noticing that everything was prepared from scratch. This was our mistake, and meant that we didn't have time for coffee afterwards. If you going for breakfast you should order coffee at the same time.
Our only minor issue was that they didn't seem to have enough staff and everyone had to collect their own food. But this is a small thing when the food was so delicious.

89 St John's Hill, LondonBeen going to The Plough for about 4 years & mainly for pre match Chelsea lunch here. Always great, sometimes when in Clapham Junction to return home during the week when working in the area I have popped in for a pint.
All staff very friendly, excellent food & overall very relaxed, can’t find anything to fault.

Although it was incredibly busy (which was great!) the staff were very attentive, in particular the lady with glasses. The music was fantastic as always and really added to a great night. Battersea’s best pub by a mile.

I order a pint and a " small " breakfast. The pint of real ale was spot on and the food perfect .

The staff is absolutely wonderful, especially the girl with colorful hair - she was very helpful and cheerful. The store is incredibly clean, which definitely adds to its charm. The selection of chocolates is impressive, and as a chocolate lover, I am delighted. I highly recommend this store to anyone who loves sweets! ??

Starbucks Coffee
20 St John's Hill, LondonI was in a rush to my destination but decided to stop by this evening for a green tea with some syrup to help with my stress levels. Upon ordering, I attempted to open my Starbucks app to scan the QR code but it seemed like there wasn’t any service in the store because it wasn’t loading up on my phone. I would normally disregard the QR code in this instance and just pay, because I was already in a rush, but I persisted a little longer because I am a Gold Starbucks member, meaning I would get the syrup for free.
Anyway, the lovely lady behind the counter gave me the syrup for free, even though I hadn’t scanned the QR code. She was very understanding of the fact that I was in a rush and it really made my entire day just that much better. She was a brown woman, most likely of South Asian descent. She made my drink with a smile on her face and it really made me smile. Even though I wasn’t able to get the points on the app, I was able to get something even better - a hot drink made with love, care and kindness.
I’m writing this review on my bed this evening as I reminisce on my day and that is something that just really stands out for me.
Thank you for the lovely customer service experience I had at your store today.
