Midland Spinner, 4 London Rd, Warmley, BristolPopped here for Johnny Fest to show my respects to Jonny stalard a DJ legend that passed away recently. On my visit there was a trailer stage in the car park and a DJ in the bar. The atmosphere here was electric it's definitely a locals pub but everyone was friendly the pub showed football in the beer garden after the music on the stage closed down. The service at the bar was friendly prices are reasonable I'll probably visit this place again when passing when it's operating normally just for a casual pint.

Crown & Horseshoe
7 North St, Oldland Common, BristolSeems well run and the staff were friendly and polite.Possibly a locals pub but if for nothing else the interior is slightly different by being a double layer floor plan.Not often seen so somewhat intriguing.Football on the array of screens dotted about on the night l attended but l had originally gone to listen to the very excellent Sam Eason do his thing.Unfortunately a mix up meant l was disappointed and the music never materialised.The football was good ,me being a bit of a expert and a staunch Accrington Stanley fan, their only Bristol fan l believe, so now you know the level of my expert knowledge.Give the place a go,l feel it could be quite a lively place on the right nights.

The Horseshoe
41 Siston Common, BristolI had the goats cheese and spinach pie, my husband the beef and ale one. They were both delicious, as were the chips and good value for money. Bar staff were very helpful

Phat Burger
3 Crown Rd, Warmley, BristolThe patty was really tasty, love the burger sauce and other toppings! Sadly the bun let it down, completely tasteless and fell apart. It was certainly very light but too airy to manage the actual filling - too many additives perhaps?

107 London Rd, Warmley, BristolThere’s 2 staff members that I would say are amazing I believe there names are James and brooke. Super helpful and extremely accommodating. Any questions you have they will take time to talk to you. The food is also amazing especially the pizza
