De eigenaren, de meneer en de mevrouw, waren heel erg vriendelijk.
Je kunt er plaatsnemen om te eten op hoge krukken langs de wand, wat best comfortabel zit. Of het eten meenemen natuurlijk.
De fish and chips waren overheerlijk, echt genieten! Zeker een bezoek waard!

The Priory Inn
London Rd, TetburyWe stayed at the Priory Inn for a weekend break, using it as a base to visit places of interest in south Gloucestershire. We were broadly happy with our experience. The decoration of the rooms looked a little tired, but that's really our only criticism. The beds were comfy, the breakfasts were excellent, and the bathroom actually had a bath (wonderful!). On our first evening we used the hotel dining room for dinner, and that too was excellent (I recommend the pork). Above all, I'd like to congratulate the lady front-of-house manager who was always friendly, helpful and on top of things. She gave the impression of someone who loved her job.

Long St, TetburyLovely place, nice vibe and great service. I went there for dinner and the food was impeccable. Vegetarian options are there albeit a bit basic (in number), GF can be accommodated (including GF burger buns). Superb wine options including a few local ones from the Cotswolds.

The staff are always impeccable, the food is always superb and the atmosphere is great. The staff in the brasserie and hive are a credit to Calcot and make the experience for guests whether you’re an old regular like me or if it’s your first visit. Bravo.

7-9 Church St, TetburyThe restaurant has a very special decoration and is very pleasant in general, with light and details that make it very cozy. What I liked the most was the service, the waitresses are lovely, very, very friendly. They really make you feel good. The food is quite good, but the price is quite high in relation to its quality. The good thing is that some of the dishes, like the eggs rancheros, are large enough to share.
