Good spread of options on the menu, with daily specials available.
Chose haddock fishcake, with peas and broadbeans, plaice with triple cut chips, the sweet we chose to share of apple and blackberry crumble with custard to be honest, it lacked a good crumble top,
The custard didn't arrive with the crumble until requesting for it.
With a couple of drinks + 12.5% service charge £80 may be considered on the high side for some, in a pub, but this is the cotswolds, staff were great apart from left not knowing what the right hand were doing with the custard.

The food was excellent, the best scotchegg i've had.
Decent steak too.
The pod was lovely, although there was a little confusion over rental, etc.
All in all, it was great!
