TGI Fridays - Gloucester Quays is a restaurant that has lost some of its former charm. Despite still charging premium prices, the atmosphere is now drab and the food is just okay. However, the staff, including efficient and friendly servers, make up for this. Vegetarian options are still available, but not as many as before. On a quieter Sunday night, the restaurant was still short-staffed, but one server's quick arrival saved the evening. Cocktails and atmosphere are a highlight, with friendly staff, like Jasmine and Andy, making a visit enjoyable.
