Costa Coffee is a mixed experience. The coffee is great, and staff are friendly. However, some branches have issues, such as dirty glasses, wet trays, and long queues during busy times. Limited seating is also a problem. Ample parking is available since it's part of a Tesco complex, but disabled access can be an issue. Service can be slow, even with multiple staff members.
